That wasn't a guy, that was a motorcycle that got obliterated. Two riders were involved and both fell off and landed in the grass. Both bikes almost decapitated another two who were turning at the corner.

I've been riding for 10+ years. I know people who have died from it and while it is risky, you have to be smart. Dumb people doing dumb shit die.
