Bitcoin hit $12,400

It broke $12k recently and went back shortly but now it looks like it won't revert. Binance tweeted that in terms of traffic it's at an all time high. Are we entering a bull market like before or do you think that it won't go up much more ?

Or else we will see 9.6 anytime by next month.
