Getting IPs of CSGO Players

I would want to construct a huge database of IP address of CSGO players from all around the world.
Are there someone selling this information from their servers? Anyone has a way?

I'm gathering many IPs from Server plugins that expose users IPs, but that's not a doable solution for long-term purpose.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Open console and you can see each individual players IP address while you're in game. Pretty simple. I am not going to explain how to create a dump or botnet.
Of course any major company is going to sell user data unless specifically told otherwise, such as a no log VPN.
