Modding Textures!

Thinking all the afternoon. something cames to my head xD.
I wonder if someone can make custom textures for players at COD4 in one color. Something like Marines=Red and OpFor=Blue. To make easy the aiming and seeing ^^!.
Similar to this pictures in CSS.
P.D That way the aiming and seeing will be easy
And also not detected cause is just modding Right?
Sorry for bad English. Im not North-American XD
Only the player not the map.
Is it possible?

yeah that would be great because cod4 always kicks you for modded iwd files -.-
does the mod tools from mw2 work on cod4 too?
