Highly unlikely, AE is really on top of things for example they just patched temporary Dragon Amulet for Dragon Fable. A hack that has worked for like a decade or more in a completely single player game lol. Super old hack and it got patched recently this year. Most AQ Trainers are broken or lacking many features.

There is also just no real incentive to create anything for AE games as a coder, and any one who had the skills to create hacks and bots for fun back in the day is probably already moved on to bigger things for that sweet dollar AE updates and patches out hacks for all their games, oldest to newest. They know of all these public hacking forums. There is also no incentive to create a bot or a hack for a game that has no real trading. I am surprised AQW still has bots being made lol. Most hackers looking to make bots are doing so in massive MMO games with trading and gold selling item selling etc. AE just has a very small community of hackers, if any are left.

So, all in all. No. I doubt there will ever be a public working bot for AQ3D. There's just no reward for the work, it would take a die hard fan of the game with tons of extra time for coding lol. And then you have to factor in that AE will probably sniff it out and break your hack and waste your hard work anyway. Making you have to change a bunch of things every week or month etc. It's just not worth it to make a public hack. Sorry

(Who knows though, i'm sure there are private builds out there some where Good luck!)

I mean someone could always start looking into it a little more since the MPGH AQ3D section is pretty dead.
