Depends where you live but Interactive Broker so you can use ThinkorSwim for your Options strategies.

Second the above. IB or TD's ThinkorSwim platform are both solid. Some folks mess around with options on Robinhood but not worth it for large $ because their systems go down every so often and cost people real money.

IB Brokers is quite good. Low fees, and allows me to trade without watching spreads too much.
