Nazi Zombies Invisible Barrier Glitch.

I have been having some difficulties with the Nazi Zombie Invisible Barrier glitch. All I know is that you run and jump and crouch in mid air into the crack under the stairs. Only my legs go in, but they can still get me.
Any suggestions?

Do I need to be boosted? And what do you mean by no clip HH?
