[MWR] Developer Console call via Cheat Engine

Hi, this is my first post here, so sorry if I have any mistake, I will edit whatever is necessary

I am a programmer and I've just started doing a game hacking course, and just finished all the Cheat Engine tutorials

I've found this offset for calling the MWR developer console in this forum: 0x140514910

I've been trying to make a call to the developer console by Manually adding an address in Cheat Engine, and adding that offset to my base process h1_sp64_ship.exe but that points to no value

I've managed to change some useful values like fov and fov scale and making my own cheat table, but still no luck calling the developer console

What am I doing wrong? How can I call the developer console via Cheat Engine?
