One Year as SA

It's been a year of me being SA today and I'm still as grateful as ever for this position. I feel like I've been able to accomplish a lot of things in my time, with a lot of other things that are still in progress or being worked on. My goal has always been to make sure things get done and bring some good changes to MPGH. So far, I'm pretty happy with how everything has gone.

There's been quite a few changes in just a span of this one year. A bunch of new or revitalized staff positions, and changes to how existing staff positions work. The only thing I tried bringing back that didn't work out was the Resource Team, but mostly due to the fact that it was ineffective in bringing change. Most recently the Manager group was brought back and revitalized.

The rest has all gone as well as expected, if not better. Super excited and happy to have been able to bring all of these changes. None of this would have been possible without the help and support of everyone on all of the various different staff positions on MPGH, so a special thanks to all of them. There are a bunch of more changes and new things that are in progress.

Thanks for sticking on this ride, the next stop will be even better
