Like @Austin said get a new phone number. I recently just changed numbers because whoever had the number before me was subscribed to lots of spam groups etc but who knows. I just think the companies give out your info for the $$$.

idk if this would be the cause, ive had this number for like 12 years or so, and i never sign up for newsletters using my phone number or attach it to alot of things except for 2fa. just sucks how much spam i get
