Hi, i was wrongly banned for this thread

op was banned shortly after... and he scammed me.. i paid him to solve the report.
You can ask @Azerila i sent Transaction ID to them in IM before i got banned and still was banned...

not sure how this forum works where u ban the new members always with no time or shits given even if i paid this scammer $300.. much appreciated.

And @Azerila we were talking in im solving other scam reports with me.. what made you decide all of a sudden I was scammer...
just because I didn't post on thread within 24 hours?
I posted explaining I was having bank issues tho which was the reason I hadn't paid yet..

op requested ban, you failed to respond with in time limit that you had if you have open report put few min and update in not my fault you was banned rules say so, so we stick with that

i don't think this guy is scammer but as zoomse is temp baned for week I think it would be acceptable if he send a proof that is his address.

Okay

1. I said I was sending money because 99% of the time its super easy to buy and send bitcoin.... but since I reached my monthly limit on coinbase. I needed to signup on a new exchange.
(uphold) since im in Canada.
(My mistake for that post.. and im pretty sure i updated post saying there was delay)

2. after trying to purchase from new exchange it kept failing (since all exchanges are in USD.. and Canada had the strongest anti-fraud of all EU/NA countries) so I contacted my bank to remove the block but I still couldn't buy...

3. I then contacted Uphold support and sent wire transfer to Uphold and alerted either zoom or azerila that i sent a wire transfer and it would take 1-2 days for the transfer to complete.

1-2 days pass and i get an alert from the exchange that my BTC is available.

4. I log onto mpgh, i check im chat from Zoom and get his btc link. Then I sent $274CAD bitcoin.
I then visit scam report and see Azeilla posted to report saying ban this member for failing to respond. so I assume it's already gg.
cuz I'm a new member.


Steps 1,2,3 happened on the first day and step 4 was a couple of days later..

along with his threats against my safety and wellbeing.

there seems to be no rush to unban me so fukkit I like this name better. don't need that old acct back.


Clearly, zoom was trying to squeeze the last bit of money out of his customers before his ban...


ps. i didn't know the rules meant i had to be online every 24 hours. I thought after I made first post I was ok.

Like you cant ban me for not responding in 24 hours when I did and i paid.. and then just ignore me for 4 days.

This is unfair treatment to new members. not surprised tho.

Your screenshots of emails isn't proof that the refund was done.

Unless you can provide us evidence that the email ZoomSE@protonmail.com is his email, you're gonna need to provide proof that he got it or wait for him to be unbanned to confirm.

I've checked his registration email and it isn't the same email as provided in your evidence just in case you ask us to check for it.


Regarding your claims of unfair treatment towards new members, I'd just like to let you know that we treat all members the same. It's been 3 days since you made that post and all staff members are pretty busy right now thanks to different things happening IRL.

regards your treatment that you are saying you are new member etc. on each section there is rule full guide pretty clear if you are new read them that helps you a lot.

for this case, if you would have paid the seller and did not ignore him till I did tell you to respond to the report you wouldn't even get banned
