I have a game where I get a 2.0 kd. Then the next game I get a lobby with everyone running MP5s. They have honestly made a game worse than MW2019. I wish I can get my money back for this atrocity.

Except that cod was never meant to be a competitive game. It's a casual game, there should be a ranked game mode.

SBMM makes it so that you have to constantly be a sweat. You have to use the MP5 or else you won't be able to keep up.

I got put in a high ping lobby when I preform to well.

SBMM does not belong in CoD, a casual game.

I only play CoD for the campaign and zombies. Have you done all the easter eggs for Die Machine? I feel like the vast majority of CoD players never do the easter eggs (shit ton of casuals prob don't even know that easter eggs exist) and thus get bored of the zombies quick. If you do the easter eggs, you realize how much more challenging and fun zombies is.

Skill based matchmaking is not a good idea

Playing with shit players only keeps you a shit player, playing as a shit player with pros increases your skill for those who grind

Assuming sbmm is basically the elo system that you see in competitive games, you'll get matched with better players as you win more and your mm rating goes up. I feel that the only people that complain about sbmm are people who want to smurf without having to make a smurf (which I fully understand btw, I was a diamond league player that bought smurfs on MPGH just so I can dunk on noobs in silver cause in high elo games you can't be as reckless and winning is more fun obviously). Trash players probably want sbmm so they get dicked on less. If you're a good player and you get matched against other good players that abuse what's strong (seems MP5s in this case), hate the game don't hate the player.

I love the game, only annoying thing are certain overpowered guns (like every single COD). I'm sure these will be nerfed over time (like every single COD). I don't see what's wrong with skill-based - If you're good, you can beat anyone using any gun.
