Does trust factor of main account lower if you get vac banned on alt?
Will my trust factor get impacted on my main account if i decide to cheat on alt account?

Yes, your main account (and all the others accounts) will be affected.
Steam correlates all the accounts using HWID's when you login, so if one of them get banned, trust factor of others will be affected.
