Amazon sent me wrong item and refused my legit police report

I ordered Nikon D7500 and Nikon 40mm that costed me $2k CAD. Amazon decides to be cheap asses and choose a shitty 3rd party delivery to send my package to my door. I open the box and received 4 shower curtains instead of my camera and micro lens.

Police report been made for theft and Amazon still refuse my legit police report.

Anyone know what to do now?

And also, did you have prior refunds on your amazon account or home address?
Do a charge back with your bank, fuck the Amazon account, there is ways to reopen a new one, and once you file the charge back send your bank that you filed a police report and include the report. You will get refunded don't trip lil homie.

How would I be banned? I have never done amazon refunds on my account because it was connected to my top ranked seller account. Strange....

They put a lock on the account and say there is a issue with the account that's just how it works when you charge back on Amazon.

Heres a tip. If amazon ever ask for a police report. Just say your local law enforcement doesnt have virtual police reports. They dont accept physical police reports only one visible with a link. So a digital one. It only works if you live in a small town.
