If you wish to have ELITES only, then yea you can apply your own skins

No one can guarantee this is save and will never ban you, as always use with your own risk
Ubisoft likes to change their rules and make some new regulations

I would suggest not to use this on your main account. Why ?

Let me give you an example,

At first, abusing glitches weren't bannable but now Ubisoft have included that in their TOS.

So, they might include skin changing as a bannable offense anytime from now.


So, why to take risk ? Just enjoy with your smurf account....

Just uploaded a temporary save with all elites including Kali, pending authorization now. Whenever lolol comes back they will release one with better equipment on the non-elites because mine is strictly elites only.
