The links don't have to be malicious. Anyways, here is what got you banned:



Outside links are not allowed, as the rules here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/rules.php state, "No outside links or links to downloads/attachments, use the upload system instead. (Permanent Ban)." This means any outside link which is not a mandatory site, or any links to downloadable files, are not permitted. Naturally, there are some exceptions, namely: game websites, Microsoft websites, news websites, and more. As you might expect, your link was not permissible here.

Since you made a dispute, and showed remorse, I don't believe you broke the rule knowingly. However it is your responsibility to read the rules, and make sure you understand them. Accidents happen. But please be careful next time. Ban lifted.
