I can make my own but am looking for aged accounts that's why

explain more please what do you mean exactly by self registered? Is it like getting the vcc , phone number , docs and doing it on my own?

Secure the accounts. Change the passwords. Turn-on the 2factor auth.

It's safe but you can make your own it's not that hard

You can add your email, verify it and make it primary. You should set security questions, set 2fa and show some activity.
But still, since seller have all info, he have some chances to restore access, but the important factor will be time, the more time you own the account, the less chance seller have

Creating a PP account is not a bid deal, but if you still insist on purchasing an account that was made by someone else, you can still change the email (or request access to the registered email) and activate two-level mobile authentication among other steps.
