Go to Costco and get it on another address. When they ask you for an ID with address, tell them you are new to the country, tell them you only have phone bill or electricity bill. Works in Can.

Is your membership terminated or are you just blocked from making online purchases? I had my online shopping capabilities blocked after a (legit) $3,000 refund. I could still shop in-store, and I discovered that they really only blocked my address. I could still place online orders by tweaking it a little: for example, if my address is 123 Fake St, I could put 123A Fake St and the order would go through.
