    Paypal Claims Questions;

    Simple Question if I wanted to find a refunder to do a paypal claim can you use a fresh new account? Also, if you cannot use a fresh/new account how much money spent would work? I have a fresh account I made and verified about 4 months ago but no activity nothing purchased on that account yet. Meaning say for the next month or two how much activity purchases needed to make it work? Thanks

    You need a established account if you want to have it like 90%+ success rate. I wouldn't suggest using a new account for paypal claims.

    PayPal refunds are interesting sometimes the store can be done with the new methods if you try it but its only 2 max per year if I’m not mistaken and you have to have a good paypal history

    Depend on amount. But with any PP account you should warm it up, with some smaller purchases, donations.

    Never do a claim on a fresh account, buy some cheap things off eBay to get some purchase history ...

    Yes, that should be good. But depends on the amount you're looking to do the paypal claim too tho.
    How much are you planning to refund via PP?

    I suggest use an established account for that kind of refund. It will just make things easier for you.

    In order to avoid the risk of being limited it's best to make legit purchases using the PayPal, like buying small cheap items on Ebay/Google and so on. Once you build your account health up then you can do a small PayPal claim. They may ask to verify your identity so be prepared at anytime.
