As for the refund issue, the seller should state whether refunds will be provided in the exact crypto amount or the FIAT currency equivalent that was determined during their sales. This had not been required in the past, but moving forward we will require it on the thread as the marketplace staff feels the seller should hold full responsibility using BTC, therefore they should state how the refunds would be issued. A refund for the amount $220.66 was refunded. Since the refund has been issued we will be moving forward with the next refund. Upper staff has the final ruling on the decision. @notScammer Anything from @MesaVerde ?

The scam was 2-4 weeks ago so i guess the same rules apply?

@Microsoft @notScammer We can wait for upper staff to reply on the decision since only global moderators and above can unban. Each report is different when handling with BTC refund. In the past it was either BTC amount or dollar amount. It was not until now where the sole responsibility now lies between seller and buyer since they will take the risk when dealing with crypto. It is only fair if seller and buyer agrees on refund options at the start of the service. As for the refund that was issued if you want the BTC amount then we can wait for upper staff to reply. @Ahlwong @Hero @RespectNF @HALOS117 @Flengo

Ok i was just giving a recent case as reference so i thought it should be applied just alike this case. Upper staff will have the final say and i will accept the outcome then. Cheers

@notScammer If the buyer sent you 0.00961419 in BTC amount then that is the amount you would need to refund back despite dollar amount. It would be a different story if your thread stated that BTC refunds would be given in dollar amount rather BTC amount. Because of reports involving BTC refunds we have updated the BTC refund policy for future reports and sales. Buyer and seller will be solely responsible for the burden when using BTC transaction. Global moderators and upper staff have already decided as I spoke to them about it.
