Software for making android apps mods?

I know coding, but i need something that can simplify the task of creating the mods, menus and more

You must be the only one who likes the menus. I had no problems once I put the real item inventory on a separate mouse button and didn't have to go over the main menu thing (whatever you want to call that hub), everything was exactly where it was in TD1, it immediately felt familiar... but I did crank up the text size to maximum just to be able to read it.
