US Registered Google Account / Colab Pro

I'd like to purchase Google Account that was created/registered in the USA or CANADA.

In order to purchase Google Colab Pro the account must be from either of these places and unfortunately I can't register as I'm from either of those places.

If you're from the US and can create an account, and verify eligibility of Colab Purchase, hit me up on IM!
