Aimbots dependent on mouse DPI / in-game sens?

How true is that claim? Since I was "accused" of Fraudulent activity

Little backstory: I was purchasing a cheat from [undisclosed cheat website] where they said that the aimbot works wonders, paid for it, and to my surprise, aimbot fucking sucks, and their reasoning is: "Like said the issue you are facing depends on your game sensitivity and mouse dpi"

I don't think that's true, I played csgo with Aim on sens 1-2-3 and 4, no difference, only what it matter is bone, smooth, and fov, I think.

I was about to explain to them, and tell them how it makes no sense, but when I tried to post about it, it gave me "YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED" -- I bet my bank won't do shit about it being "Fraudulent" as the cheat website [whom I cannot name] probably didn't link any proof... It's like how are you a developer and spew so much non-sense out there? I've used several other Apex legends cheats, and none gave fuck about the DPI / sens, they only cared about the FOV/smooth and bone.

they refunded me, and told my bank that it was a Fraudulent activity, and some how they assumed I was Estonian from that even though my bank's origin is from Sweden.

If money isn't there by Monday, I will contact my bank about it.

I guess it depends on how the aimbot is programmed and how you configure it. For example if the aimbot activates when you look in a direction and if the movement is smooth or jumpy, etc. Sounds like a number of problems as well as customer support.

The thing is, they accuse me of fraudulent activity, right? But are failing to recognize their own fault in misunderstanding on how the cheat was working, I told them that I followed all of the introductions that were given to play with the cheat, within the introduction document, nowhere was it claimed that you needed to use this and that DPI, and this and that sens in-game to make it work like a charm, within the first hour of me using the cheat (with default settings, mind you), the cheat wouldn't "trigger" on the head no matter of which key I had it set as.

The worst part is that they told me that I didn't want it to be resolved, I did want it to be resolved, but they were so incapable of understanding what was said, I told them I have tried everything to make it work, and it worked with default settings for another hour till the game crashed, not to mention, there was lack of customization within the cheat itself, sadly I don't have the "proof" of how the cheat looks like, but it was hideous.

I am not blaming them on how it works, I am blaming them for the lack of understanding, calling in my bank and saying it's a fraudulent activity.. Oh well, I do hope I get the money back.
