I had te same situation when I ordered from AliExpress

AliExpress is garbage. They are okay with sellers scamming buyers. Their feedback system is crap. They don't even honor warranties.

If you are a business and you buy alot of high valued items from Alibaba, you can order an inspection on your goods to see if quality is met, flaws etc. Costs around $100

I'd personally just contact your bank and say the product never arrived. They will fight for your money. I've done it twice now and both times I have had my funds returned to me.
