Taskbar button - make the icon small as possible

Hi,

I am (mostly) a Delphi programmer but I know some C++/batch coding.
And I am interested in knowing how to change the icon(s) from the taskbar buttons.
I am not talking about the icons in the tray (hidden or not hidden).


I know I can change the size of the taskbar buttons, I can group them and so on.
But it's not what I'm looking for.
In the image I posted you see a lot of taskbar buttons with the same icon. They are from cmd windows but the exe is now "conhost.exe" and the windows class is "ConsoleWindowClass".
I want to know if is there a way to make that icon from the left of the taskbar button (the icon from the window) as small as possible so the text (caption of the window) will take the most of the space.
And no, I am not doing anything illegal with those windows.

I prefer in Delphi programming code but I will accept other programming languages - as long as the code is well explained (commented).

It's my first time posting in this section so please be patient with me.
