    Failed Apple FTID?

    Just got an email from apple after contacting them saying "We have received an update regarding your inquiry. Our carrier has completed the requested investigation, and no further action will be taken by Apple." Ordered 3 items less than 5k is it a fail? Is anyone able to fix it?

    What kind of message did you send them before getting that reply? Looks weird that they would carry an investigation like that with ftid

    just called them and said im still waiting on a refund and the agent filled out a form to investigate. Took them 30mins then got that email.

    They said that they did a full courier investigation after 30 mins of you calling? Can you show us the email ? be sure to redact any personal info if you do.
