Unlocking all killers & survivors safely

Hi there! I would simply like to unlock all of them, lvl 1, and play the game on my own.
I don't want to pay money to unlock all of the killers.
Is there a way to fairly safely unlock all Killers & survivors, no cosmetics, no prestige, don't care about items, just unlocked so I can play them.

Without a high risk of being banned at manual check?

Since I genuinely just want to save some money here.
I don't want to pay for Auric cells to buy some of the killers in the game.

Isn't there a similar procedure for detecting character unlocking using RULES in fiddler? asking because I genuinely don't know

Yes, as long as you use the Fiddler Rules to unlock characters. He doesn't need more.

Because what he says here "Without a high risk of being banned at manual check?" bolds out that he does not want to have a risk of getting banned from tickets. I'm just making sure this guy is safe, so I'm asking you

It's poorly written by OP but looking at his words, I'm pretty sure he tries to avoid getting banned from tickets, so it's not like "high ban risk".

Oh, okay. I understand. Indeed if they report it manually or see that it has modified something in the game, there will always be that risk of Ban.

There's currently inheritance bug in game or mby steam to be more exact..
basically if you used to have some main account that has been bent and such account had all DLCs bought legitly.
there's a way for all those characters that those DLCs had to have unlocked on a brand new steam account with brand new base game copy that normally wud have just 5chars each side in base version of the game.
If u re having situation explained above, play around with steam family settings.
You will figure soon enough.
