Access unreleased bundles?

How do people get access to unreleased and are able to play with them? (Check out the whole channel, how does he find all these bundles?)

Probably MW/Warzone Unlocking tools, they softunlock every item in game (You need to use the program to change weapons and operators, but once it's saved you don't need to open it again unless you want to change again). They have been getting detected in recent banwaves so I wouldn't recommend it, but using soap and unreleased blueprints was pretty funny for a while until my account got banned.
