Apple email. Anyone know what this means?

My refunder is slow at replying so I’m just asking the public what it means while I wait for a response. Doing a double dip and I got this email today We have received an update regarding your enquiry. Our carrier has completed the requested investigation, and no further action will be taken by Apple.
If you have any questions, please contact us on 1-800-MY-APPLE. what does that mean?

Anyone know the chances of me being able to return the product to apple? Do they keep a log of convos or something? I would like to return it if I could if the order failed before trying to sell it for like $500 off

Are u guys 100% sure it failed? If so im gonna start using one of the ipads and try and get as much money back from the other ipad. My refunder is ghosting me. Prob gonna lose $500 from selling and i lost another $300 from paying my refunder.

happyish has been ghosting peoples lately i heard - he fails many refund lately with his health problem he claims

Yep, happyish did a refund with didn't respond back for 9 days after refund came in and then responded said due to having coronavirus couldn't handle the refund, found another refunder however failed due to happyish instructions. (too many items - dollar amount was to large to refund).
