Can anybody help me

i have this problem which i dont kno how it started but evertime i play a game on CF while ingame it feels like laggin but i look at my ping it be around 50-65 i reinstall the game to see if it stops but its still doing. is anybody have this same problem like me. do anybody any other solutions to fix this.

Im running on window XP 32bit service pack 3

I had that problem once.
Mh,
try a cleaner,
check your Hard Disc free memory
Close all processes with Windows Manager->Processes->And press CPU
^
Now you should see the processes what takes you CPU.
Delete what you don't need.

well what kinda lag are you feeling fps lag or ping lag i think you might be thinking of fps lag

yea for some reason im gettin FPS lagg i dont know why

It's possible your RAM or memory.
Check how many FPS you have.Because you can get good ping but sucking FPS.
Higher the FPS the better it is.
