Hacked daily by my wife's ex. I'm so tired and need help

This is bad situation. My wife's ex is a malignant narcissist. Due to his lack of empathy he has no guilt, remorse, or ethics. There is nothing that he will not do. He has no agenda. He only wants to destroy. Legal actions are being taken, but they are slow and we are hacked everyday for the past two weeks. I think it was a sms or mms that quickly spread through our phones, tablets and laptops. If the laptop is connected via ethernet to our xfinity gateway he cannot get into it. As I mentioned he first hacked in 2 weeks ago and has gone unnoticed. Several days ago everything changed. First emails were changed. Many deleted. thousands of pictures and documents deleted. Most of the evidence we have been building against him is deleted. He has put Several images and videos on revenge porn sites. He has sent us images of this and random images taken from our phones over the past two weeks. Its always from a spoofed number. He stole about $4,000 from my bank account before I locked it. I'mnot sure how,but he keeps getting into my ebay, paypal, and amazon accounts. I'm sure its a keylogger. Many of my accounts to other sites have been deleted our banned because he logs in and uses my accounts. To sum it up he has remote access to everything. Its progressivly getting worse. Last night he chtted with xfinity customer serviceand due to his super human abilities to lie and manipulate was able to get the rep to give him access to a wifi switch. I'm not sure what all he can do with it. I know so far we can't even connect to our own network. The speeds were like dialup. This is only half of everything and I'm sure you get the picture and understand a lot more than I do. He will never stop even if found guilty which involves a lot more than this (all three stimulus checks stolen, Fraudulent PPP loans in her name, government benefits filed in her name). What can I do. Malwarebytes, bitdefender, nor eset have not done much good.All i've done is sit at my laptop checking my accounts or looking for anything else he may be doing.

buy a new pc, if he installed a virus on your pc, then he will allways access to it. if not, you can buy a new disk and let it work.
if he liven on a house you can throw him a molotov bomb, easy to make

No need to panic, as that only makes it worse. The solution is easy yet for many hard to grasp at first:

Take everything offline. Now you start taking a backup of everything important to an External HDD/Backup Drive, and by that I mean everything, SMS, Emails, Pictures, Phone Backups, etc etc. Then you reset EVERYTHING. On your Phones you Factory Reset. On your PC's, you completely wipe ALL drives and install Windows again from scratch. You reset your Router as well and change the password to a really strong one, randomly generated that you save with a 2FA Password Manager like Dashlane, or you note it down on a piece of paper (not recommended as people tend to lose these). If you still have issues then, you can ask for more help, but that should fix your problem. It is important that you install Windows 10 via the "Media Creation Tool" (Google it) to a USB first so that you can then reinstall Windows 10 from scratch after having completely wiped & formatted all your disks. It is also important that you go COMPLETELY offline, meaning ALL devices. You disable 4G/5G on your Phones, disconnect everything there is from the Internet and unplug your Router. Then first up, you reinstall Windows 10 for the first time. You will use this temporary Windows 10 to reset & setup the Router to firmware/factory standard, and then properly and securely configure it. Then you wipe & format your drive again and reinstall Windows 10 just to make sure he didn't backdoor you in the meantime where you reset the Router. I have done this multiple times for a few people, always worked. Once you deny their point of entry, they are locked out.

I may as well mention that once you've done this, you download Malwarebytes to your new PC, plug in the Backup Drive, and let it scan it through with a Deep Analysis Scan for Rootkits and everything. That way you can be sure your files are also clean.

factory reset everything, change all passwords and make sure they good.
