Will My Main Get Banned On Different Windows User?

So i am looking to cheat, just in community servers, and I made a new windows user account, got steam, made a new steam account with NO RELATION to my main. But my main accounts steam library is on my cheating accounts, i cant play it, i either have to purchase them or borrow the games. I dont know if i should cheat because of this, i dont want any relation of any sort from this account to my main. And if i do cheat, would it be any help to use a vpn just to be extra careful?

I think csgo hwid bans, so they can probably detect different users on the same pc.

I got vaced before 1month in an acc with the same ipv6 i made a new acc in different email same ipv same pc and everything and never got vaced i just didnt proceed to make it prime cause i dont care so i guess you can try on a fresh account just make a new email and try it out if you dont get banned then proceed to make your new main hacking acc. xdxd hope i helped you <3
