So after a week of messages and updates nothing yet.



After days of messages, the user keeps ignoring me as he knows the ball is in HIS court.

Which is exactly why I was Concerned about the DIRECT ban!

Waiting to be Unbanned and get this over with!

He keeps coming up with more and more excuses Just to delay it As long as he can!


The Main issue he was facing was resolved. Yet he keeps doing this just for the sake of revenge!

If this guy is not replying how do you expect me to complete it?

His main requirement was the Bank account not linked so I linked, Confirmed the bank with 2 deposits which won't really be removed and Xoom service is already included but he is doing this to drag it out as long as he can!

I'll send a moderator the account so he/she can check everything is according to what was described and its completed.

I can't deal w/ this guy and him constantly lying/ exaggerating/ bending words.

Huh? You mean me being cautious to ask the right & hard questions to be 100% sure you're actually going to deliver what I paid for and not swindle me again? - which got us here in the 1st place? That's me making excuses? Haha


Point 1:
- I ask about the bank attached for withdrawal; He tells me I'm pushing my luck? HUH?? Buddy we agreed and I paid for that
- He asks for proof and I send exactly just that.
- But he changes subject lol right back to XOOM (that we never even discussed before now), claiming other banks get shut down after a few hundred. Funny cause I use withdrawal banks w/ my other stealth paypals no problem. But whatever you can't seem to provide that, I understand

Point 2:
- Then tries to sell/ convince me on XOOM, making it sound oh so perfect, like the best thing since sliced bread (but I know better)
- I then ask about it working properly, cause XOOM is NOT STEALTH FRIENDLY. Terrible solution for stealths with all the verifications and confirmations Paypal requests - Paypal at times even call users to approve transfers!
- He can't confirm w/ me, just goes on "should be able to do that".

- He even then admits w/ me that XOOM isn't a good solution for stealths!

Am I really being forced to accept this account? He can't provide what was initially promised i.e a Paypal WITH WITHDRAWAL BANK ACCESS.

1st time he gives account with unverified payoneer account (which already deceived me as was expecting an 'actual bank' not a 'virtual bank' that Paypal alrdy doesn't like) which got us here.

2nd time now he links bank but isn't giving access to it which defeats the purpose of what I paid him for. If I wanted just a simple verified paypal (w/ inaccessible bank just sitting there for verification) I would have bought one of his cheaper accounts that matches that no? Then tries to sell me on Xoom, which isn't viable to use with stealth paypals (and he knows that).

Like don't promise something you can't deliver

if it dose not have bank its not

like i said at start if you can give him the service he paid for

1 year aged account + withdraw bank its cool do it

if cant just refund the user.
