Change LoL client theme/art?

I saw somebody with edited client art (in lobby of a game, friends list etc), how is it possbile? can someone show me/sell me the way to do it?

@jamie911 I think you would need to change the background image through files. I remember being able to change the summoners display layout. Check youtube or google..

Weird that people gatekeep this, this is utilizing x00bence's Mecha GUI project for loading JavaScript plugins which you can find pretty easily in the same category on this forum or on ****** and compile it yourself. Would be cool to see more people make more plugins for it eventually so I'm not sure why trying to keep something public a secret is the good thing to do.

I think he just changed something in the game folder or even in the game itself. Or even bought such an option. Since LOL has become a popular game, now you can buy anything you want for it.
I want to buy lol account for my friend so that we can play together. I usually spend my evenings in the game myself, but I recently found a cool website with a reliable account sale and decided to make such a gift. We will be able to spend more time together, and at the same time, it will not be necessary to pump it from the very beginning.
By the way, do you know where you can find chats with mercenaries?
