How to dodge without penalty?

I was watching a streamer and he stated that there is a way you can dodge without penalty (no lp loss or leaverbuster) and can keep dodging as much as you want. Because he's a bigger LoL streamer in the LPP he didn't want to show on stream cause that probably wouldn't be good for him but I'm curious if anyone here maybe knows the method he's talking about?

From what i know there is no such method since LP are automatically deducted if leaving lobby (closing client, disconnecting from wifi etc...)
It could be specifik to a certain client e.g Korean or china since there are some changes to them.

It is possible but it's a program people are selling and if you get caught it's a permaban

Unless you want to pay for something to not get a penalty, good luck finding it, I doubt there is people out there selling some stuff that will let you dodge.

I know one Method which u can change a skin to get a free dodge. But i dont play league anymore dont know if its banable or not
