IM Not Able to See Text

My IM was working fine yesterday, but today I am not able to see all my messages and my contacts are still there. When I type a message and hit send nothing comes up not sure if the other person sees my message.

having the same issue no previous chats are showing up and when i msg anyone no msg shows up all is blank :/ when will it be fixed i'm not able to use the im Help
