    Please don't rush your diet. It's not healthy at all! Eat 3 meals / day and drink lots of water.

    Just seen this thread. I wonder how training is going. I been training for years. Now getting in to combat sports

    dont eat carbs and you will loose weight, but it will be quite hard after 4 days
