No we dont. You THINK you won, because you just stick with youre opinion.
Nobody can EVER proof this statement.

I honestly don’t really know what side of this argument I stand on.

their if you want it deeper then i will go deeper lmao =P
Okay i have watched your fucking video, and i agree with you, we did make time, that's what i've been saying this entire time, but it doesn't exist it's mental, it's something we as humans need, to stay organized and help us, and also i never have stated that it's not useful, i have stated that it doesn't exist, i think time in it's essence is useful
i think time only exists in our minds.
when we are sleeping we don’t really know time.
we need to approach this as a little kid. they go to sleep early on christmas eve so that christmas will come by sooner.
this doesn’t mean that no time is passed while they are asleep.
I don’t know what this statement proves, but i figured i would throw it out there.
ok conner thats when your in a state of unawareness and thats why it goes by fast.
You are proving are point further by stating that by not focusing on time we can control on whether it goes by faster or not, if time was a universal law(universal in this state meaning that it applies to anything and everything) then we would not be able to manipulate it to the extent that we want
Fuck my life. I typed out three paragraphs of text but accidentally hit backspace in an attempt to delete a mistake and unfortunately didn't have this quick reply box selected... No way in hell I'm typing that out again. My issue is that I try to cover both a philosophical understand of time and a pragmatic one...
tl;dr
I'm proud of you MPGH for making a thread that approaches intelligibility (that word doesn't mean intelligence).
I refuse to give my opinion on it because I'll try to explain it in a single paragraph and that won't do anyone of you justice.
Pragmatically (the way that's relevant): It exists in some sense.
Metaphysically: It doesn't exist.
But even those conclusions depend on how we define existence.
