    The thing about PM is that not every member can send it. Have had a customer today who couldn't contact me via IM (a new guy and probably confused how all that works) and he also isn't able to send a PM either because his account is limited. Luckily he got me via email.

    I don't understand why MPGH keeps insisting on using IM Chat but 90% of people don't want it.
    After IM most people lose interests in using the platform sadly
    Currently, most new members add you they see you are not online because of course you cant be 24/24h online in MPGH [in other 3rd party chats you can... by notification] They literally won't log in back in due to confusion. Or they add you as a Friend via the MPGH which is not IM...

    Please try to turn back 3rd Party Chat!!!
