Is there a Call Of Duty Ghosts DLC Unlocker (Including DLC Maps)

I wish to play with my friend in custom games but he doesn't have all the DLC maps and he thinks they're a bit overpriced (he's a bit poor so don't hate) if anyone got a DLC Unlocker including DLC maps I'll really appreciate it, he'll really appreciate it as well, thanks in advance!

I don't think it is possible but why bother yourself with this? Just jump straight onto iw6x (you can get the DLCs there for free) and forget about the trash Steam version with like 12 ppl daily.
