    Home workout's plan help

    What was effective and easy to stick with abs+core plan/exercises you have done/followed ?

    I have no equipment, but have some time. I enjoy dumbbell and legs workout but never targeted core and abs.

    I would like to get some recommendations that would set me to not just target it but also incorporate into daily workout.

    Would appreciate, if you can add why you like particular exercise.

    I have a set of stretches/exercise I do daily (standing toe touches, pushups, etc) and one I particular enjoy is, for lack of a proper name, a lower back stretch involving crossing one leg over the other. Something like the below images, but with the right hand placed on the inside of the right thig, for some extra rotation.

    I enjoy this stretch because I find that the lower back is where I feel the most impact/pressure when working on the computer for extended periods and this stretch does wonder at targeting this area. Hope this helps!

    Doing pushups, and other more difficult forms of it definitely helps. Check on the internet for them.

    basics

    I like to stick to basics, do mostly these 3: push-ups, pull ups and squats, there is a lot of variations of them so you can start and progress thru them
