Free CS:GO prime china accounts

I've seen accounts on sites like g2g that sell china accounts there. I'm more interested in one thing. The thing I think about is how they get such accounts. I knew the method and I know the method of getting low dig accounts (yes they can still be obtained but talk about it elsewhere). Now I wonder how these people get these accounts where the Chinese have activated their IDs and therefore have free prime there. I just found out that when they put ID in there they had prime free. Now these accounts are selling in bulk and I would like someone to know more about it. well thank you for any info.
