I have been thinking the same thing. I hope that the site can be reinvigorated in some way.
Having joined during the site's popularity explosion that was 2015-2016, I miss the interesting characters and hilarious $$ schemes that our community would come up with.

The only thing not developed is the theme. For other things, will have to see how things go after the upgrade and decide on what else is needed or what needs to be changed.
