Forum default theme unavailable

The default MPGH theme doesn't seem to be available for me anymore, it's only showing the 'VB4 Default Style' theme and the mobile theme. Both of these don't have the IM or I don't know where to access it. Is the default theme unavailable for others as well or just me? And if so, where can I access the IM on these themes if they are available with these themes?
