*This is not a memory edit, but file patching.
If successful provide some basic cheat like custom base power (it can be set by yourself).
Basically, it modifies the ConfigConstant.js within the app.asar files.
May not work for other versions.

-before anything, go to <game directory>\resources, make backup of original unmodified 'app.asar' as 'app.asar.ori';
-goto inside the script edit [defaultRoot] to your game directory; modify/add/delete items in MOD table if need;
-note the *Length*Limitation* message;
-activate the script
-then the following prompt if any;
