Aaah, I remember when there were no hacks for Combat Arms and did not want to play legit, I would go play crossfire and hack on there instead. That's some good ass nostalgia, ngl.

I'm kind of hoping to see the site get changed into a general gaming forum, and dropping the hacks which might bring in a lot more growth

I don't think that would work. For general chat about games, Reddit has pretty much taken over. However, there aren't that many subreddits dedicated to hacks, so I think you'd generate a lot more traffic with a hacking forum. The only problem is that there aren't that many around anymore. And certainly not for free.

In all honest MPGH has always had potential but the wrong people were in control. Using excuses like hacking is dead or the marketplace is a dry excuses when other forums are still poppin. Having a one minded forum killed MPGH in reality.

Yup. Everyone has the choice to give free cheats or sell it. It is up to the person. I am of the mentality that we can just share more knowledge on how to cheat/how it works. However, it is not a big deal if others want to keep it to themselves. Knowledge is definitely very valuable.

We've all grown up is true, but also our time is far less and worth soooo much more than a free website. It's a pretty shitty ROI in reality. The market for PC games is a lot less, especially hacking, we removed most of the marketplace, I've been awol traveling the world. The upgrade is still happening, we have someone working on the last piece of the puzzle. I still think there is life to MPGH, but how we remake it in this age and time (remember MPGH is really over 20 years old) to fit a modern world will take more work.

Definitely understand the value of time now that I'm older, so no blame on that at all haha. I'd do the same. Look forward to the next stage

With a fire under your ass (aka tough life situations), you should be able to do it before 25. My path: Graduated HS, went to community college and got an associates, got a helpdesk job, and moved up to where I am now in about 3.5 years. Again, it really comes down to how hungry you are. Just be a sponge everywhere you go and absorb every little bit of knowledge. I jumped jobs every 1 year as well, since staying at places doesn't get you much at the start of your career (IMO).
