There is a way to currently do it.

currently the only ways I know to do anything for steam.

Steam
DarkARCH with session grabber -completes tomes
dll injector for DLC
green luma
and for profile swap you need session grabber and epic verify

There is no current working bloodpoint modifier, if you'd like to just increase addons use a save editor, it's fairly straight forward.

No that is not normal, i'm fairly certain somebody would have manually reported you via the dbd website.

All save editors work, a quick google search will turn up multiple results. A bypass is needed to inject the profile on the Steam version but not the Epic Games version.

The bought DLCs and cosmetics are NOT part of the savegame, its saved on your Market file.

The profile still works, you can edit it to add recent stuff like new released perks/anniversary items/offerings etc, you just need a text editor or one of multiple save editors on the site.
