I'm facing the same problem, looks like dump is not working atm. My recommendation would be to get a random savefile posted here and then modify however you want and then try to inject it.

You can find the cookie in /api//v1/auth/provider session on Fiddler. Copy everything between "bhvrsession=" and ";".

Sure, you can get the cookie with this method. but the cookie is unusable because "the user did not login with eac enabled".
