Force Account in use

Does anyone know how to force an account in use when trying to load into a portal say vault/dungeon. It occurs after an infinite loop and then getting forcibly exited w/e it is message then having to restart the client then getting the "Account in use message". I've been trying to recreate this for a while now with different methods but cannot get it to do it consistently. Any help will be greatly appreciated and if you do not want to disclose it on this thread, feel free to message me directly on MPGH.

edit: my current method is getting the account in use every 3 attempts which isn't meeting to my needs.
