Unban request #2

I had no idea I was banned for that thread originally considering an admin/staff commented ( @Flengo I think, but I'm sure he can confirm)on it. The research paper is about the website and I took an excerpt from it and posted. I'm unsure why that's an issue at all. Why did the admin who responded the first time not just warn me. If you read my first unban request, I thought it was related to what I posted. Given the link shared was outside the forum, the comment you posted on that thread could have been related to multiple things. There's no reason to bring up stupidity when you're banning for no reason and clearly the rules are understood even at the ADMIN level differently. I can't see the previous thread, but I know for a fact the one seemingly active and awesome admin here read the thread, commented it was brought up on this very website recently and did not mention any rule breaking.

@Azerila if you need further explanation on where the confusion lies please feel free to comment or message me, there's no need to ban someone over a clear misunderstanding.

@meme if you're the current owner I apology, I really thought a research paper pertaining to your site being posted here would be allowed. The other sites in the except were already blocked off so I left it as it was written in the paper.

@Ahl @Hero I'm not sure who you two are but again I apologize. It won't happen again.
